Chazz McCarter, a native of New Haven, Connecticut, is a devoted husband and proud father of three. He is deeply committed to creating lasting impact in the lives of young people and has dedicated his career to mentorship, community engagement, and youth development.
As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Chozen Generation Inc., Chazz leads with purpose and vision. What began as a dream to support young boys has grown into a thriving organization that provides academic support, personal development, and meaningful mentorship to help young men overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.
Rooted in service and shaped by lived experience, Chazz brings compassion, leadership, and authenticity to every space he enters. His mission is simple yet powerful: to invest in the next generation and help them discover that they, too, are “Chozen.”
